Wednesday Weirdness, The Ex Files


1. When your relationships end, are you the instigator of the breakup or the recipient?
The last one I was the instigator. Took a while but I did it.

2. Do you save things from your ex, or get rid of them? If you save them, how? If you trash them, how?
I still have the letters I wrote him. A couple of tee shirts I sleep in. A picture of him as a child and a picture for the first night we met. I wish I kept my first ex's HS jersey - but it meant so much to him, I gave it back.

3. Describe your favorite ex?
Lol this sounds like such an oxymoron to me. But my favorite ex is hands down my first bf. He is/was my best friend (I always get confused as to what tense to use. We don't speak any more but that doesn't change the friendship and love we once shared). We could talk about anything. We encouraged each other and sincerely wanted the best for each other even if we couldn't be that best. We supported each other. The quality time was outstanding.

4. Do you consider a friend's ex off limits?
As a rule yes. But if anything should develop always ask your friend first.

5. Have you ever had sex with an ex? Why?
Simply put, something to do, habit, rehashing old memories, reconnecting.

6. If you had a choice between spending the rest of your life with your worst ex-boyfriend/ex-girlfriend, or your HS Nemesis, who would you choose?
I didn't have a high school nemesis so that choice is clear. My worst ex isn't a bad person altogether, he just sucked the big one as a relationship partner.

7. Would you ever create a YouTube video or a website celebrating your exes' flaws?
No. He already did that. He's the jack of all trades, master of none. He is indecisive and unfocused. He's great at whatever he's focused on but his attention gets drawn in too many directions. But you didn't ask all that did you?
